A Fatty’s Weekend

So, I have officially dubbed this past weekend as “Noodlefest 2011”

It’s not uncommon for me to get cravings, but this past weekend got kind of out of hand.  I had been wanting ramen for about two weeks, so after three hours of ballet and jazz on Saturday I thought I deserved something delicious.  I tried this place in Old Town Pasadena to get my fix.  It was tasty enough to get the job done.  Later on that evening, one of my besties and I trotted over to Perch in dtla for a quick adult beverage, then to this spot in Little Tokyo for more noodlery (and plume wine ice cream, a must try).  As if that weren’t enough, on Sunday after bumming all morning and most of the afternoon in bed, my bro and I ordered Thai delivery.  Of course, to keep in the theme I had pad see ew noodles (can’t go wrong with pad see ew).  Finishing off my weekend of fatty bliss, I ventured out to Silverlake to get some gelato with my lovely Kelli who is always down for random foodie missions.  Needless to say, my belly is smiling from ear to eat ear!
